We do not receive or store your Google password.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you subscribe to a paid plan, Stripe collects your payment card details directly. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment credentials on our servers. We receive from Stripe only:

A unique Stripe customer ID
Subscription status and plan details
Last four digits of your card (for display purposes)
Billing email and country

1.3 Usage Data

We may automatically collect certain information when you access the Service, including:

1.4 User-Generated Content

1. Description of Service

ChipStackPro is a poker game management tool that helps players track chips, manage buy-ins, calculate payouts, and organize poker groups. The Service is a tracking and management tool only — it does not facilitate, host, or operate real-money gambling.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

You must sign in using a valid Google account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

ChipStackPro offers free and paid subscription tiers.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through Stripe.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method on a recurring basis.
All fees are stated in the currency displayed at the time of purchase and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes for existing subscribers will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle, with prior notice.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time.
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
No partial refunds will be issued for unused time in a billing period unless required by law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHIPSTACKPRO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChipStackPro and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ChipStackPro operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction in that same locale.
